By using Regoclicks, you agree to the following:

1. Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old.

• Provide accurate account information.

• Comply with South African laws and regulations.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts providing false information.

2. Platform Model (Points & Rewards System)

Regoclicks operates on a reward points system.

Points Conversion

100 Points = R1 (South African Rand)

Points may be earned through legitimate engagement activities including:

• 3 points per new comment received on your post

• 1 point per new reaction received on your post

• 50 points per new follower

• 5 points per valid referred user

Daily Point Limits

To prevent abuse:

• Regular users may earn up to 500 points per day (excluding post engagement points).

• Pro users may earn up to 5000 points per day (excluding post engagement points).

Regoclicks reserves the right to:

• Modify point calculations

• Adjust conversion rates

• Introduce Pro subscription plans

• Change earning structures at any time

Users will be notified of major changes.

3. No Guaranteed Earnings

Regoclicks is not an investment platform.

We do not:

• Guarantee income

• Promise fixed returns

• Offer passive income schemes

All earnings depend on genuine engagement and user activity.

Fake engagement, bots, artificial traffic, or manipulation will result in:

• Loss of points

• Account suspension

• Permanent termination

4. Referrals Policy

Referral rewards are granted only when:

• The referred user registers legitimately

• The referred user becomes active

• No fraudulent activity is detected

Regoclicks does not operate as a multi-level marketing (MLM) structure. Rewards are activity-based only.

5. Marketplace

Users may sell digital or physical products.

Sellers are responsible for:

• Accurate product descriptions

• Delivery of goods

• Compliance with South African consumer laws

• Handling refunds and disputes

Regoclicks acts only as a platform provider and is not liable for disputes between buyers and sellers.

6. Payouts & Payment Methods

Current payout method:

• Bank Transfer (South Africa)

Future payment methods may include:

• Stripe

• PayPal

• Yoco

Payouts:

• Are subject to verification

• May require identity confirmation

• May include processing fees

• May be delayed for fraud investigation

Regoclicks reserves the right to hold payments in cases of suspicious activity.

7. Content Policy

Users may NOT post:

• Illegal content

• Copyrighted material without permission

• Hate speech or harassment

• Misleading financial promotions

• Fraudulent schemes

• Explicit adult content (unless legally permitted and compliant with store policies)

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts at our discretion.

8. Account Suspension

Accounts may be suspended for:

• Fraud or manipulation

• Multiple fake accounts

• Bot activity

• Abusive behavior

• Violation of these terms

9. Limitation of Liability

Regoclicks is not responsible for:

• User disputes

• Marketplace disagreements

• Income expectations

• Loss of profits

• Technical interruptions
